Kwakwanso is PDP and in PDP, we believe that education is the bed rock of a nation's growth .

If me as a president can get a honorary WAEC result here in my country, why then do we need to send anybody abroad to acquire a certificate when we can simply get it as home delivery here in Nigeria?
