Kwankwaso is one of the greatest governor Nigeria have ever witness. He has built kano and the people, infrastructurally and academically respectively. Two state university are to his credit, many colleges and thousands of secondary and primary schools are also of his work. He has sponsored thousand of kano state indigenes to study abroad in various field of education which include; Medicine, Pilots, Engineering and lots more. His vision to the development of kano people is miraculous. Talking about infrastructure just ask someone who knows kano about 8 to 7 years back and he'll till you what change the state has gotten.
He has come with a policy that every governor who will come after him most work for the state.

You are right the headings should be changed.

Why not improve education in Kano with that fund? Also, he can reduce the numbers of potential security threats in Kano but reducing the illiteracy level.
