Party spokesman or campaign spokesman?

It ought not be different but since you didn't hear from the horse himself it is still a propaganda just like the attached picture.
It's another carefully program/ deceit by your pay master. It is on PDP official Twitter and Atiku was tagged. Atiku should have come out to make a clarification just as he used to come out to react like a chemical each time there was a disaster. You and PDP are just being clever by half. Glory to God, one of your own, Abati Reuben was knowingly or Unknowingly able to expose the fraud to the public. And Obi was so not that smart.

You are the one roaming aimlessly as you try to defend a crook.

Atikus personal twitter handle was mentioned as back up and confirmation of the claim and he hasn't denied or clarified it for 2 weeks and you want to say he isn't complicit?

Abeg waka comot for hia

Does tagging an username means he gave an approval to it?
Did he retweet it? If he did, it would have been a better proof.

An accomplished of a thief is also a thief. Has Atiku over 2weeks now when the tweet was made deny it until when Obi came to dispute and distance himself from the PDP scrupulous policies.

Atiku silence simply means his approval. If not why did Obi distance himself from the N90 per litre when he was on Tuesday asked to defend N90 per litre

Which means if Obigot had not been asked about it, he too would have deliberately kept quiet

That just a typical politician. I will give you an insight Ok? If Buhari wasn't asked questions about Ganduje case would you have knows that he watched the video and had taken a step in checking the case if true or not.

So,not until when reporters ask Atiku questions or list it among his campaign promises you can't be assured that he is in support of the propaganda. This was what I was trying to explain to the OP but he didn't get to reason along with me.
