I doubt if you understand what you are really talking about.
In fact the whole of this allegations is without substance. How can anyone be accused of receiving kickback simply because he is seeing in a video receiving some wads of cash. He could be receiving it from a legitimate source like his aids.
The video is so false, so stylishly edited to remove the person from whom the governor received those wads.
How can anyone reasonable fellow take such video seriously when the principal accuser failed to name the contractor or even the project for which the money was collected.
We have had previous experience of such scandals and names where mentioned like the Halliburton scandal where names of even foreign conspirators were mentioned

Is quite unfortunate that Nigeria is currently in a wrong hand. Buhari doesn't see anything wrong when his loyalists and party members are caught in the web of corruption. To him as far you are supporting him , you are a saint but those against him are nothing but thieves . This is the kind of poor quality trait he has brought to leadership. When the Zombies are saying Buhari has integrity I wonder the kind of integrity they are talking about
