Under which laws are the police stations operating? Chinese or South African?

Africa gradually sinking back into the dark days of colonization.

Hahahahaha.. Nigerians are watching.. Small small, you would hear that China is going to use Ibadan as a dumpsite for all their refuses..
Nigeria, keep on borrowing and indirectly drowning yourself in slavery.
*spits.
When you come to think of it, Onitsha is already a dump site for their fake goods. So why not their refuse as well?

Maybe because, they notice that they missed out in the earlier colonization and all the benefits that countries like Britain, France etc continue to enjoy.

And now that they (China) are an economic superpower, some economic recolonization of the remaining richly endowed but “f00l-ish” countries who refuse to think, plan, and use their resources to catchup with the rest of the world must be a very exciting and rewarding pursuit! It’s the way the world is ran... Be strong and dominate others, or be weak and get dominated repeatedlygrin

Why police stations? Why China again? Why an African country? What is their true motive of trying to "take over" this continent - Ethiopia, SA, Nigeria, Zambia.....Why?

America warned them

The Chinese have no liberal conscience. Compare Exxon Mobil or chevron to ccecc or Huawei in terms of staff welfare, then you know what is up .

You think the western colonial days were terrible, Asians are worse ,you dont need to look far, just observer how they treat their non-chinese staff and compare to other companies owned by westerners

BTW, the South Africans are on their own if they get colonized again...

They have pissed off too many Africans anyway with their xenophobia..

I wouldn't want Nigeria wasting any dime or effort on their emancipation again.

Lol.. Always blaming the leaders while the followers choose to remain silent. 13 Chinese prisons in South Africa and they can't protest against it, question their government but rather chose to act like lions online. If it were Nigerians matter they would have hit the streets to kill and destroy their properties.

Same thing in Nigeria, government will do anything and Nigerians will keep quiet. How many countries in the world doesn't have 24 hours power supply? Nigerians have seen Nigeria's problems as normal and only prayers and fast can resolve it. Only God can solve their problems. Is it the isreali God or the Arabian God? They are expecting a messiah to come aboard and turn Nigeria to overnight UAE.

I agree

Africa is the last frontier.....rich in raw materials..rich in human resources....rich in agricultural lands...rich in greedy leaders. Our leaders are selling out our land....displacing us. Chinese community.... 13 Chinese communities.... who has been displaced? Now here we are...African Police are learning Mandarin....the Chinese have arrived......and more and more will be arriving as China sheds it's over populated country.
When the Chinese cone to our country to undertake a project..... ask yourself why they bring unskilled labourers.... and at the end of the project....why they never return. China's plans are always long term....in 50 years time...one will not be sure if he is in Africa or China.
Don't blame the Chinese...just stop our greedy selfish leaders.

I am not surprised about this Greek gift from China. China has already colonised two countries in Africa (Djibouti and Zambia) with debt. Africans and her leaders should wake up from their slumbers.

Neo colonialism! These guys are taking over Africa.

China has seen how clueless and inept Africans and their leaders are. So while we're consumed by religious and ethnic sentiments they'll (China) come bearing gifts and like the fake friends that they are they'll steal our resources right under our nose and God forbid we're unable to pay back the huge "LOANS" they've given us(we'll become modern day slaves be that o). By the way China is over populated and they're looking for new territories to accommodate their people. If you know, you Know!!
When Africans migrate to developed countries you consider it normal, but when foreigners step foot on your country you call it colonization. Your resources has been there for thousands of years and you haven't figured out what to do with it. Another country is coming to make good use of it and you are complaining. Develop your continent and you wouldn't, but when foreigners come in to do business and take advantage of untapped opportunities you complain colonization.

1. Read my post again. I wrote our clueless and ept leaders.
2. Africans migrate to other countries and not the African government . We do not migrate to meddle nor take over. They're here to exploit us because we have failed to realize how great we are

If you can't protect yourself from exploitation then no need complaining about them. The weak will always be conquered.

Well said. Africa and Africans chose to remain in dark ages despite civilisation starting in Africa. It's a shame!!!
Actually! If Africans can not be good stewards of Africa, maybe it does need taking over! All you Africans can move to Antarctica or somewhere useless like that!

Africa deserves better stewards than it currently has!

They have set up 14 Community and Police Cooperation Centres to work with South African police.

But in the heads of Nigerians it's prison sef!
