How can a programme encouraging primary school enrolment and guaranteed markets for local farming produce be a waste?. And this slowpoke of a "Principal" wants to get involved..yet the programme is a waste.
Guys need to use their IQ. This programme needs more funding from FG and World Bank
Exactly how are farmers encouraged when their security is not guaranteed due to herdsmen and bandits constantly harassing them?

IPOB principal, what else are you expecting from a clueless government.
Alhaji Katcha Kudu, North Central President of All Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), has written off the Federal Government’s School Feeding Programme, describing it as a conduit pipe to siphon public funds.

IPOB abi? No wonder you ppl have practically convinced yourselves that Atiku is an Igbo man.

“Principals are not even involved in the implementation and therefore we don’t even have a say.

so it's because u re not involved, that's why it's a waste. poor judgement

Is because they don't channel the programme through their table inorder to loot the fund
Re: FG School Feeding Programme A Waste — Principals by murecool(m): 2:33pm On Nov 15, 2018
What does a principal has to do with the National Home-Grown School Feeding Program?
It is meant for primary school pupils.
Most head masters and head mistresses are not happy because they don't have access to these funds. The money is sent directly to the bank accounts of the cooks individually and this has made them sad.
Some head teachers still force some vendors to give them part of the money.
But this programme is a success.
You can't find it in a private school, only pupils of public schools are the targets.
Secondly, it is currently in 26 states of the federation not the whole 36 states.
The program has benefited the children, their parents, cooks, teachers, vendors, farmers and the business men.
It's better you don't say what you don't know.
National Home-Grown School Feeding Programme is a goal.

They didnt see anything to 'chop' from it. If they did it wont be a waste.

Corruption is our problem, everybody sees everthing as 'make I chop my own'.

Nonsense.

That principal must be smoking Dr Congo weed thereby suffering from ebolaweed trauma. How could u write off such programme encouraging massive enrolment of pupils most especially the dropout and less privileged children in school. Reviving their hope and giving them the opportunity to participate in educational activities. In fact this government is doing wonderfully well to cater for the citizens of this country. Thank you PMB thank you PYO may God give you strength to continue the good work 2019 and beyond

This man is one of the major problem of this country, a man who cannot find good in a programme that is encouraging massive enrollment of pupils most especially the dropout and less privileged children in school. This programme is reviving reviving their hope and giving them the opportunity to participate in educational activities which is really commendable.

This is his bitterness.
he was asked a question. The meeting was not all about the feeding program.
He said he is not involved so he doesn't have a say in the issues.

Shouldn't they have been involved,?they are the head of the schools. It would have even been better cos it wud have helped in monitoring d prog in each school
No there's no need for each principle in the thousands of schools to be involved. At best in should be local governments bidding for contract for food service for the year. If you compare it to some colleges or airlines or even work place cafeterias you see ehy its more efficient that way. The benefit is bulk purchase is thst its cheaper per person. All the students will eat same thing throughout district.

You are an animal. How many schools have you personally visited in the last year ''in the whole of Nigeria''? I bet the answer is zero. Yet you ''know''. Stupid asswipe.
Re: FG School Feeding Programme A Waste — Principals by MrMurphy: 9:52pm On Nov 15, 2018
I think one of the headache of most of this principal is their marginalisation in the process of the feeding program and their inability to siphoned the money meant for it may cause them to behave irrationally. I don't blame the principal because the simple act may have affected his enrollmen in his school hence causing him to mistalk

I disagree with you.It wud be easier to monitor and more efficient if each school manages its own feeding program.
