PLEASE HELP A BROTHER!

I am a Corp Member relocated to Rivers State for my Primary Assignment. I wish to serve in any town with stable power supply and network so I can be able to manage my personal project as well.

Please don't hesitate to help me if you have the information I need. I need the list of towns in Rivers State with stable power supply and good network.

very expensive. It's an island.

D/line and DIOBU have constant power power supply. Though I don't reside there but they have steady light unlike my area Rumuolumeni where you imagine light.

Bonny , omoku , mile 3 area , agip estate , woji has steady light for some time now , don't know the current situation
