The best AC technician in Ibadan is opposite NTA at Agodi. He is pricey but gets the job done. Used him twice on my different cars and was not disappointed. He has all the gadgets to diagnose any fault on the AC.

I think you are referring to Toksmania ventures inside NTA compound Ibadan (beside the transmission tower) 08099167752.
Never used him before though but I saw all the equipment on display

Correct, Toksmania. Unfortunately the man has gone the Elizade way. I was there recently to fix my AC and was told my compressor was bad. I was given a quote of N88,000 Naira for the total fix.

Hmm.....I know an AC repair man that told me Tokumbo(Toksmania) was his boy, that if I think he knows better when I get there I should tell him I was coming from him.

There's a guy I know around Onireke on the way to link mokola. He is opposite Wimpy (A lebanese restaurant). I haven't tried him but I've gotten testimonies from several folks.
