Now even with every document in place, it's less than 40%.

Fraud, lies, Oluwole documents and dishonesty is the bane of Nigeria's problem( visa wise), it is much easier to get the US visa as a Nigerian in a smaller African country if you have a resident permits / registered business in that country than applying from Nigeria,infact, the document required for US visa in smaller African countries is few compared to Nigeria, they require 3 months bank statements in such countries, Nigeria don cast, if you like produce a document from Sango shrine, they will still deny you

Lol @ kindergatten quality. I recall a certain lady not knowing her place of birth on passport. Airport border patrol asked her and she responded with a wrong andwer. Then he showed her passport, it was clear everything was forged.
