WHERE ARE THESE PROJECTS AFTER GRANDSTANDING?

The Federal Government on Thursday, 21 July, 2016 in Abuja signed a Front-Runner Solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) worth 1.75 billion dollars with 14 companies to build 1125 Megawatts(MW) capacity of renewable power in the country.

Abuja-FCT - 100mw: Aaron Power Limited
Nasarawa - Afrinergia Power Limited, 50mw located in Kokowa
Enugu - Motir Dusable Limited, 100 MW in Udi
Kaduna - CT Cosmos, 70 MW located in Kaduna West
Kaduna - Quaint Abiba Power Limited, 50mw located in Manchor
Kaduna - Anjeed Innova Group, 100mw located in Kafanchan
Kogi - Middle Band Solar One Limited, 100mw in Lokoja West
Bauchi - Nigerian Solar Capital Partners, 100mw located in Ganjuwa
Katsina - 75MW Pan Africa Solar in Kankia
Katsina - Nova Solar 5 Farm Limited, 100mw location unknown
Sokoto - KVK Power Nigeria Pvt Limited, 100mw located in Yabo
Jigawa - Nova Scotia Power Development Limited, 80mw in Dutse
Jigawa - Oriental Renewable Solutions, 50mw in Kakowa

1. We want to know the current state of these projects and their actual locations?
2. Was the land allocated to these free of charge or they had to pay for it?
3. If they had to pay for these lands, has monies been received either in part or full?
4. What's the level of completion on these various projects with verifiable pictures?
The Minister of Power, Works and Housing will do us a lot good to let Nigerians know if this is just another APC propaganda or scam that has went down the drain just like the much publicised Ogoni Land Clean up that is still in the pipeline after years of ground breaking occasion.
