With the political calculations power is to return to the south.

Southeast have been left out of the equation

Why ?

1) political miscalculation

(2) political confusion

(3) political blindness

(4) political blunder

With the return of democracy in 1999,

There was a gentleman agreement with the stakeholders also adopted by political parties and regional leaders

In this regards Obasanjo used the tenure of the south from 1999 to 2003

The power returned to the north Yar’adua (2007 to 2009 it was cut short with the sudden death of President Yar’adua

Power returned to the south again in 2009 President Gej From 2009 to 2015

In 2015 President Muhammadu Buhari Was elected with the present political permutations Buhari tenure ends by 2023 God willing

There is still time to remedy this if not

I see Osinbajo and El-Rufai In 2023 when power return south
And you forgot so quick that it won't be unconstitutional if a Northerner decides to pick a Southerner as a running mate in 2023.

It would be foolish for pdp to bring a northern president in 2023 even igbos won't vote them
So we should rather vote for a SW candidate? You guys can continue dreaming. While doing your political permutations realize that other southern regions are not stupid

Elrufai can never rule after Kaduna

Do you know how many lives he destroyed in Abuja? Kaduna?

And propping 2023 against the Igbo is fear mongering.

shut up! no wonder no ipob people has bcom VP or President. 5%
We gave Buhari 5% of our votes because we knew he was a calamity. Today, the whole nation has seen what we saw sitting down.
Son, you don't need to be offended at my remark cos you may have still been a kid to grasp what I have said. Most of you are students of recent victory who just remembers nothing beyond Jonathan's era.
We are in the 4th republic. An igbo man was the President of the first republic and vice at the second republic and the person that was beaten at both elections were awo. In the third republic, abiola who almost won saw his mandate botched. Shonekan who was put there to head an interim transition govt was sacked in weeks in a coup.
Hence, everybody now wondered if (like you are quipping now) if Yoruba are jinxed in ruling this nation and out of sympathy it was agreed by all to help them by zoning the presidency to them. That's why in 1999 at the inception of fourth republic, it was OBJ vs Olu Falae.

Regional politics is not good for any region

The Yoruba played it in second republic

They were left out of the federal politics
Define good
How did those regions that were not left out fare better?
Regional politics has been very good for the SW.
Those that were not left out are the ones crying marginalization today.

There is a difference between the interest of individual politicians and that of the SW.
What benefit was there to the SW from Obasanjo

Why dont you focus on your party's agenda, I was expecting you to emphasizes more on APC plan for the South East, why should the plan of other party be your concern, you have Loyal party members from the south east, which PMB promised that by 2023 it will be the turn for the south east to produce the President, why now are you projecting Osibanjo and El-rufai ?

Allow PDP with their Plans if the south east decide to support them for the VP for next years election, and wait till 4 or 8 yrs as it may be for Peter Obi to run for President, that should be their concern.

I can still see that APC is still very pained by the support from the south east for the PDP, but your article is coming too late and cannot make any changes, stick with your NEXT LEVEL for Poverty and allow PDP make Nigeria work again.

They gave birth to you in 1999. 1999 till date is 19 years and there are 6 regions in Nigeria. Divide 19 by 4 years and you would see it is not even enough to allow the Presidency go round each region for a term each. At least 24 years is required to allow the Presidency go reach each region. So don't run your mouth yet yoruba moslem
Shut up, it's not reaching ur region till 2098. deal with that, your wailing just started.

So why are you crying and wailing more than the bereaved, you guys are certain that you will win without the south east, I dont know why you care so much of group you called them 5% biafra pigs and all unprintable names, name you love them so much you want them to pull their support from Atiku and Support PMB.

Politics is a matter of choice, you allow the choose their destiny, that should not bother you , continue with your next level and leave the south east of it, let God decide for Nigerians, all Power belongs to God, if it is Gods will, that Nigerians should continue with Next Level of Suffering and lies, so be it , you will not be left out of the suffering, but if it Gods Will the PDP make Nigeria Work again so be it, its not in your hands your article that is misleading and confusing people.

Bros if your Osibanjo is not ready to contest against a northerner like GEJ then he is not yet ready to be President. If at all Atiku loses in 2019, Osibanjo (if at all he gets the APC ticket) will have to contest against Tambuwal or Kwakwanso
