ojun50:Serve them with a 7 DAYS NOTICE OF OWNER'S INTENTION TO RECOVER POSSESSION. If they still dont yield possession after this, then you should institute an action against them to take possession. |

ojun50:After serving the 7 days Notice of Owner's Intention to Recover Possession, go to a mediation centre with evidence of the 2 notices you already served, if you are not interested in litigation. They would invite your tenants over and mediate on the issue. Then they would draw up an MOU based on what you guys agree on. This MOU is enforceable in court, if the tenants still refuse to go after the agreed time. |
