Don't get drunk before learning. Just a little bit before exam. Don't let it become a habit though.

Drunkenness is a disgraceful behavior.
Exercise, coffee, fruit and vegetables are better alternatives

If it has alcohol then I don't care. Alcohol has more demerits than benefits hence my total avoidance of the substance. I won't touch it with a ten foot pole. I love palmy but oh well, life goes on.

Be careful and don't start consuming palm wine in large quantities everyday.... it can be BAD for your health.

1 Palm wine improves eyesight

Palm wine helps in maintaining good eye health. This is because it contains the antioxidant Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) which is also found in other fruits and vegetables. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) also helps in improving our vision.
