For the record, imunity does not cover probe or investigation... Imunity only covers prosecution... And Supreme Court has make that clear

How can Nigeria make laws to protect thieves, criminals and looters, to enjoy the money they stole and finish it or to keep all the money far away and invest the money before you come after many years to probe or prosecute them. This is double standards, you deal with some sets of criminals instantly while you leave another groups of criminals to finish all the money they stole and looted and even to continue to steal and loot that you will prosecute them later because they are covered with immunity. This is a law of backwardness and made by backward and corrupt leaders to protect them from prosecution or to delay justice or cover their paths

EFCC is unfortunately a political pawn to fight the person in power's enemies. So APC is in power, PDP members are in trouble , and if PDP take over, APC are in trouble.
