Borrusia Dortmund have signed Striker Paco Alcacer on a permanent deal from Barcelona.

The 25-year-old moved to Dortmund in the summer on a season long loan deal but has now signed a five-year contract with the Bundesliga club.

Alcacer has made a great start to life in Germany and set a new Bundesliga record by scoring his eighth goal in just 218 minutes on the pitch against Bayern Munich on Matchday 11.

Alcacer has scored a stunning 12 goals in just 10 matches in all competitions for Borrussia Dortmund this season.

Paco is a great signing. He together with a revitalized and resurgent Marco Reus, a tricky Jadon Sancho and the Generalissimo Axel Witsel must bring Dortmund a title this season.

He has played 8 games and score 2 goals and give 3 assists ,does that make him a bench warmer ?

Do you expect the coach to bench rakitic for him or busquets ?

Are you expecting alcacer to bench Suarez at Barca ? Then you must be kidding ,even alcacer know he is a backup,Dortmund is a good opportunity for him at a top team
