I have just moved around those states within 2 weeks now. Go to 9th mile down to Okpudo/ Umumba by Ezeagu local government in Enugu state. That's by Onitsha/ Enugu express way. A road of 22klm is nearing completion by RCC.Go to Okigwe/ Umuahi/ Enugu roads. Arab contractors and Setraco are on ground. That's another roads of 76klm under construction. Come to Second Niger Bridge here , it's another project by FG government. To be sincere, I don't know why you people like a life of self denial like this. Or is it because you have never visited another areas in your region that made you to believe all these deceit people sell to you?

What I expected from president Buhari is to create government policies that will make it almost impossible to steal public funds! I expected him to make our ministeries and government parastatals corruption free. There are pecks of infrastructures here and there, but this goverment have fallen far below expectation. Note that I am neither rooting for Atiku. My take is that, we just need to change this governmemt. Any govt can build infrastructure. The greatest infrastructures in Nigeria today were built by military rulers. Despite their heavy looting. The same IBB most Nigerians despise built the third mainland bridge. Imagine Lagos without the 3rd mainland bridge..

Stop this your sentiments. The monthly allocations always show state like Yobe, Osun Kebbi ,Kwara , Kogi and Taraba get lower than the 5 Eastern states.

BTW. Guy, talk about the issue of corruption that still pervades even government parastatals. E.g, PHCN, Police, inflated government documents (driver's license, passport, etc ) by govt officials, the bribery scandals (Ganduje, Oshiomole).


Infrastructures is not one of the high point of APC's campaign promises. Fighting corruption is paramount. So talk about that. PDP has nothing to do with Buhari's inability to create nation changing policies. Abi him need money to make policies?

If I can't see any sensible govt policy, there is no need coming back. This govt has done nothing to change how things are been done in low and high government places. Go to those offices, its still business as usual. For them nothing as change. Its still as easy as it was to ask for bribe before getting your right in many instances in this country! No single school or hospital was even touched. No improve standard of living. Give me one solid proof that this government will not continue with pdp did this and that in the next dispensation if voted again?

I just came back to Abuja after a two-weeks trip to Awka and can say with all honesty that Federal roads from Kogi State to Benue State to Enugu State and finally to Anambra State are all in deplorable conditions..
