After the the propaganda by Lai Mohammed/APC government that our troops are being adequately taken care of & the fraudulent $1B counter insurgency funds; the army is using obsolete equipments while the corruption goes on & poor hapless soldiers continued to suffer for it? Guess they soldiers have simply taken the lies and propaganda of the government back to it? You can never run away from your shadow.Karma is real. Meanwhile read one of the early complaints of these soldiers here; http://saharareporters.com/2018/08/27/borno-soldier-writes-buhari-about-%E2%80%98deadly-lethal-gruesome%E2%80%99-corruption-army-generals |

sarrki:There is nothing more to it than that the Dullard released millions of dollars and 100s of fighters to ISWAP in a poorly thought ransom deal even though he was adviced against it thereby making him the chief funder and recruiter for Boko haram today |

sinaj:Sadly, that can't happen without severe consequences. Enlisting in the military is like signing a suicide note, no retreat and no surrender until the contract ends. Problem with Nigeria military is too much politics and corruption. I remember working with some of them on few occasions and how they were novices to some of the gadgets my men and I had. Truth is that they were good but only lacked proper training and gadgets to be gallant. I weep for my home country Nigeria. |

Sadly, many still defend Dasuki even after he and his cronies diverted funds that should have been used to procure weapons. And thanks to the rot in the military system, whatever meagre sum that trickles dowm eventually gets stolen by corrupt officials. As for the Buhari administration, they have spent three years and they are also culpable. Let's see what they'd do with the $1billion, if they are granted. |

![]() Is that enough reason why you should intentionally submit yourselves to be killed by Boko Haram militia? Don't you guys know that you're constituting nuisance and destroying the image of this great nation abroad? My friends here were making fun of me due to your incompetence. If at all the government weren't buying you latest ammunitions, can't you guys afford that with your salaries? At least, you're getting paid. The government will not always be there for us. Since you've vowed to defend your country in any situation, you shouldn't be too stingy to buy yourselves some riffles to get rid of a more dangerous enemy. |

Why didn't you cowards complain and accuse the military authorities from procuring obsolete weapons when you were killing innocent citizens and calling it Python dance. The result of curses and prayers from the loved ones of those you lots killed are beginning to manifest. Ogbu nma ga ala na nma. Thunder from Okija shrine scatter una mouth there.

Followed this news keenly. The BH attack was successful because they disguised in army apparels and caught the NA unawares. SuggesTs; 1. There are moles/informants supplying the B information and wears in the NA. 2. The desert is too wide and very difficult to defend. It’s obvious they need to fortify their base with defence walls and high watch post like we see in movies. All in coming vehicles must confirm identity from a 1km radius or it’s shot down with a missile. Secondly, we need help from foreign troops. These Boko guys are getting help from ISIS and soon they may start thinking of coming into the south/west/east. If foreign troops can join the NA they can cover more grounds technically and man power wise - that desert is so huge. We just need to tackle this shit headon before it escalates. We must start by voting out Buhari, he is clueless already!! okosodo:But your assertions are logically flawed. 1. You can’t KNOW that there are no moles; unless you work in the NA and you have done internal intelligence to confirm your hypothesis. In principle - Yoruba says “bi Ogun ile o ba Jani, tita o le jani”. It makes it more likely that some people are sabotaging the war by assisting BH. 2. I don’t know much about the span of Iraq desert’s... but I am glad you mentioned alqaeda war. Those guys were chased out following helpss from foreign troops; American and UN soldiers specifically. He Sambisa forest spans about 4 different territories with lots of trees and caves. It’s so vast... we obviously need so foreign help and intelligence. Our machineries and personnel are obsolete! |

Any Muslim supports Boko Haram, whether financially or otherwise. But they stylishly say they don't support it. That is why christians are in a very deep mess(no unity). At the end of the day, this rag-tag militia will defeat the fulani Nigerian army with a n arranged victory to Allah. It is pathetic |

Venerable612:While I agree with you that Buhari must be booted out as soon as possible, let me try to counter your argument. 1. There are no moles in the Nigerian army, both the head of the Nigerian army, Muslim generals and sum other officers are just sacrificing southern christians together with a few Islamic matyrs for the overall victory of allah, in furtherance of the Islamic agenda of which buhari is well aligned to. 2. The desert is the easiest place to wipe out terrorists. Donald Rumsfield, a former American army chief said it in 2002 that the desert makes the war with Al qaeda cry easy. Within six months alqeada was defeated in Iraq. |

Venerable612:The Goodluck Jonathan administration hired blackwater PMCs from South Africa who decimated and almost annihilated Boko Haram into extinction, pushing them far into neighboring countries, with their advanced combat skills and suffisticated military equipments, moreso than the Nigerian army. The project was discontinued thanks to the usual Nigerian politics snafu. Not like I pity the Nigerian soldiers anyway, they fully deserve whatever they are getting from Boko Haram. After watching them decimate the shiites in that truly grotesque video. I expect karma to balance things up. That's how the universe works. |
