If you're trying to say most of the positive Africans actually dont have HIV then you're dead wrong. Africa has the highest HIV prevalence (by a long shot even if we account for your false positives) because of a very peculiar behavior we have, or at least had until recently - multiple, long-term, simultaneous, sexual relationships.
