But the guy too no try. I once dated a lady who was few years older than me. She had lied to cover up since we started. I got to know one day when we were discussing about our family history. During our conversation, she claimed a certain age at a timeline of her story; while she was still narrating her story, I knew something wasn't right and determined her real age in my mind using the data she provided. I told her, "if you were this age at this year, there's no way you are X years old this year".

Her hands fell immediately, I could see she's disturbed just looking at her face and she felt like shit to me. I had never been that disappointed and betrayed all my life. I japa afterwards.

The relationship wasn't even up to 8 months ooo; now imagine how terrible the man felt after 16... SIXTEEN years, while living under the same roof.

Ladies, you have nothing to gain from hiding your age from your partner. From the start, let him know you for whom you are; Las las, him go say you guys aren't compatible and everyone will move on, happy. If not, everything you think you ever protected will turn to dust right before your eyes when the veil is removed.

It is not a flimsy excuse. It's a breach of trust. He might be wondering what else the woman has been hiding from him; an affair, a child or children not fathered by him, etc.

I doubt the age is the ONLY reason. However, it’s his explainable reason to leave his wife. It’s possible that the wife may have been stressing him and acting like the Boss since she is aware that she is older

If people can get married for more than 50yrs and they don't know the real parents of their partners and some times the real names of their partners, then what is age?
