Doing all this would only complicate issues. Y do you have to take the law into your hands You would be stunned that if they take you up for whipping them. You would even pay damages wella. Forget about them not having money, a visit to the police station complaoning they were whipped by soldiers you brought is enough. If they spoil the whole issue by visiting the HUMAN RIGHT team, na complete wahala for you o. Just last week a landlord that applied the same mode you are contemplating had to bail himself at the end with a whole sum of 20k from the police station. Tables would be turned around.
