One of my greatest fears living in this country, is getting involved in a situation that requires emergency response. In such situations, you're left to fate, hoping for survival. I think Lagos State is the only State in Nigeria that has proactive and functioning Rapid Response Squads that rapidly attend to emergencies like this. Other States including FCT RRS are useless. 4 Likes |
