The Swift Unlimited Supreme plan (which is activated when you buy a new Sim card and costs ₦19,500) is truly unlimited, but the speed is capped at 3 megabits per second (375 kilobytes/second)

After Classman helped me sub I can't use the data! Sim refuse to browse just showing that network and ? Thing! Very annoying

U can google the process and do it by urself or take it to computer village and have it unlocked for a token. A lot of guys here on Nairaland can also help.

But the process and procedures are abundant here on Nairaland or just google.

Web login password or wifi password?
For both, just press the reset button on the mifi.
Then enter the default password.

The agent that did the swap, give the agent your details and tell him/her to make a complaint to NTEL for you.
