In Nigeria this 2.5 billion naira will be for feasibility study alone, while the rail itself will take up to 15billion dollars.
even if they finish the project someone will still sell it to his cronies

So, what should Buhari do?

You didn't read that the project had been in development for a decade and was funded by three foreign governments, aside Morocco?

So, you want Buhari to perform magic in 3 years?

this is a country that works and see development as a priority to growth and economic prosperity... we are still purchasing locomotives trains in this age... the brains of our leaders should be examined... analog brains I must say...

Bros even analog served its purpose well before digitalization...our leaders are empty

The Moroccan project took 10 years in development. Buhari has nothing to be ashamed of. He has done well so far.

Moreover, you cannot compare Morocco to Nigeria. Morocco is a monarchy. Decisions can be made faster than in Nigeria.

What should Buhari do?

Morocco used 10 years to develop that and you are mentioning Buhari who has not even spent half of those years as president.

And Morocco's system of government is totally different from Nigeria's.

Even if Buhari decides to embark on this project, he has to inform the legislative arm of government who may use years to go through it before agreeing.

Decision making is slow in Nigeria. But in Morocco, they have a monarchy and less red tapism.
