Muslims are the only religion in NL with special status.

So I must swear to what I don't believe to post in Islam section but I can go to religion threads and rain abuse on Jesus, Buddha, Amadioha etc.

Its wrong.

No time to write more.

But I believe its a slave mentality to always give special status to its master.

Feel free to ban me and I will revert to my cherished guest reader.

Why do u want special status as Muslims? Are u in competition with them? What will special status add to ur religion or ur God?
Do u think God is crying in heaven because Christians don't have special status on nairaland?
I thought u guys said Christianity is not a religion but a relationship... Why are u begging to be treated as a religion?
U believe in an unseen Creator and u want to be given special treatment for that?
Go and do something special like find the cure doe HIV or innovate something and u will get special treatment

True,its not fair ... BUT will all know how the Islamic ideology is intolerant to Insult.. especially the one directed to their Prophet, Religion and other things they consider sacred... saying unpalatable things concerning their religion through a thread devoted for that purpose can cause alot of harm.. Lets just leave the sleeping dog to continue to 'sleep'.. I use to get pissed off too, but one day, i just reason d mata.. It was in dat period one University like dat in Adamawa was close down because of religious crisis caused by a post made by a christian student on whatsapp or so.. SEUN and his team may b right on this one!

They do have plenty things they considered Sacred but one thing i am very sure they dont have is 'verses' that tell them to 'deal' with whoever insult their 'Prophet'(s) or religion.. I have seen those verses in the Koran before.

This a general forum. One religion shouldn't be treated differently from the other or given certain privilege. That's religious discrimination

We serve a God who is sufficient of Himself, He is bigger and mightier than all and He isn't moved by any negativity or ridicule least of all is the one nairaland helps to project.
The world will be destroyed one day.

The reason you highlighted is understandable but shouldn't come from you. Seun owes every nairalander some respect and inclusion.
I rightly said if you possibly read well that the issue is frivolous before God and he isn't moved and so I am not. That's why Christians shouldn't create unhealthy enviroment to force people to accept their beliefs.
As for eternity, for it I was saved!
I rest my case my atheist brother. May GOD save you some day.
Note : Seun made this platform for people to use. Without all of us, nairaland wouldn't be this profitable and popular. Pls know that Seun isn't offended at all. He is a good man. Don't take stones for him!

See as you enjoyed this freedom to insult both physical and imaginary beings but rant when another asks for same freedom.

Hey kid... Its not about religion but equality and equity in a pulic forum.

I fully understand this but he should do same to Christians, pegans, atheists..

Mind you.. The stuff have not solved anything as those bent on insulting Muslims still create accounts to do that but some of us cant and have no intention of insulting Islam.

He can leave it and do same to other religions. This is a public forum.
