The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar has urged the presidency to address reports on President Muhammadu Buhari’s alleged multiplicity of identity.

There have for long been a claim by the leader of the outlawed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu that Buhari is not the one ruling Nigeria but a certain “Jibrin” from Sudan.

In a statement on Thursday, Atiku’s campaign organization spokesman Segun Sowunmi urged the federal government not to focus on his principal’s quest for a visa to the US.
He told Daily Independent that “The countries of the world are free and are at liberty to give visa or not to. We are advising them that should go and concern themselves with the allegations of duplicity and multiple personalities sitting in Aso Villa.”
