It's true an applicant's visa status is confidential, however, an applicant can direct the US Consulate to make his/her status and denial public.

Atiku Abubakar should direct the US Consulate to publish reason for his denial, if he is truly clean and trustworthy. I bet he cannot because he does not want it known in public that he was banned for being a co-conspirator in illegal activity in US.

This gave rise to massive investments by foriegn companies in the telecom sector and thereby creating a real telecom industry which has created millions of jobs ( and many of the defunct nitel staff were reemployed) as well as entrepreneurs.

If Atiku has a case with the FBI, they should lock him up when he gets to America. Until then, its just an allegation.

If Nitel staff were not paid there pensions, they should be in court as we speak. And in dye course, they'll get their entitlements.

1. Atiku selling Nitel and telecom companies are totally unrelated so stop mixing apples and oranges.

2. What happened to the $900 million collected from the sales and why didn't he pay the workers their pensions?

3. Not paying the workers their earned pension was gross dereliction and abdication of responsibilities, it was lack of care and concern, even immoral. Asking then to sue their own leaders for what they are entitled to reflects your own bad judgment.

Just like the current administration is completing abandoned projects all over Nigeria , they are also sending crooks and criminals to jail, the same criminals the PDP kept within the court system for years and decades without any judgement.
