Igbos are in every state in the federation, so shall others feel free to move about in nigeria depending on their choice and plans. Create a sense of freedom of movement for all and be fair in projects planned for the federation. Biafra is a fight for fairness. That is the underlying issue.

Nigeria can't single out igbos because they move around, and when igbos say i will stay in my corner, na yawa; okay let me move around my country, another yawa. We have to enshrine discrimination to law, even against igbos or whoever at fault, people should be able to sue with higher chances if discriminated against.
