As vague as the concept of a foreigner, actually applying for naturalization as a Nigerian citizen might be, it-- does-- happen. Especially from someone who knows he'd make billions from investing in her economy.

the Lebanese have come here made their money invested in in Nigeria u don't even know most things in Nigeria are owned by Lebanese immigrants from eko Atlantic to eko hotel to nasco companies to wazobia FM
