Go for FRSC if what you mean by parastatal is core Federal Civil Service. If not, then it depends on the parastatal.

Different mdas (ministries,department and agencies have different salary scheme.in mine 8/2 on d old scale is 277,700. It's under ministry of sci n tech.we are yet to know d calculation of the new scale..but we don't expect so much..twud particularly favour low earners
