1. Aso Rock photoshopping on overdrive. Any official Aso Rock photo release of the president usually involves a lot of post editing to make bUhari appear fatter, younger and more healthy than he actually is.
For example consider this photo released by Aso Rock to mark Buhari's arrival to Paris for the last concluded Paris Peace Summit:

Lai Mohammed alongside Aso Rock Media staff are so obsessed with the optics of presenting Buhari as healthy and refreshed with the aid of photoshop that they forgot that this may be part of the reasons some people believe that the younger Buhari might be a double or outright impostor.



2. Buhari may have undergone the highly unethical stem cell therapy. Stem-cell therapy is the use of stem cells to treat or prevent a disease or condition. Bone marrow transplant is the most widely used stem-cell therapy, but some therapies derived from umbilical cord blood are also in use. The elite have been having access to stem-cell therapy for years. Notably the Queen of England, the likes of George Soros (who refuses to die and looks amazingly 30 years younger than his 90yr age).

It’s not baby blood. It’s the blood in the bone marrow which is very hard to get and at birth it’s in the umbilical cord or so if I am right.
