It is normal for the directors to carry other race along to make the TV series more accepted globally. As for her dressing, can you show me were she doesn't dress like a hooker? Even in the children series, she was always dressed in short skirts and a bra.

Raven has always been dark and moody. Why? She is a daughter of a top demon in hell. She constantly fights herself to keep herself in check and not tow the dark side.
