Oga nobody is wishing Lagos bad...what we are saying is Lagos is 70% slum and that is not wishing bad but stating facts

So why do we don't like telling ourselves the truth

You just posted etiosa and island ..what about mainland which is over 80% of Lagos
Post oshodi, ilasa, mile 2 , mile 12, ketu, ikorodu , alapere Ipaja, Egbeda, Imotun, Idumu, orile , ajegunle etc....not only island which is tiny part of Lagos

Let's tell ourselves truth ...it's not wishing bad
Facts! What's in Lagos to enjoy! Air pollution, couldn't recall one time I breathe fresh air. Noise pollution! Human pollution! Bloody hold up. People there need to try the peace elsewhere! Don't try reasoning with sentiments. Some are just blindly in love with their city. I visited Lagos and all I say and keep saying is Lagos needs help! 3hours inside hold up! For what na! Abuja rocks! Can dash to 5places in 1day. Be productive!

Rich, poor, uber, Danfo all of u inside hold up. Nothing like quick drops. Gosh!

Lagos is for everyone ...ogun man, benue man, kaduna man, imo man and anyone has stake in Lagos because Lagos was built with oil money

The same way they are building Abuja

Let's talk about ibadan

Lagos is not for everyone boy ... wake up to reality grin grin

Lagos has been what it is (i.e. a choice destination for all poto-poto better life seekers) even before the discovery of oil.

Moreover, every state in Nigeria gets a FAIR share of National Revenue (a large percentage of which is from oil).

Speak up for ur poto-poto states and see it develop.

Hold your state and local government authorities accountable.

In short, go back home ... go and develop home grin grin

Moreover, I'm very sorry we cant have a discussion (contrary to your request) until you've mastered your "states and capitals" well enough to know that Ibadan is not a state.

While I don't intend to engage you in your puerile and mischievous claims, but please put things in perspective. Are all these infrastructures you're claiming developed by Tinubu or Lagos State government? Was it not the Federal Government? (Being that Lagos was the federal capital for 40 years).

STOP TRYING TO BE SMART BY HALF. cool

Lagos gained massively from federal presence and it attracted naturally FDI and GDP. If you want to mischievously claim a state that was a national project for 40 years (with money mainly from SS oil), please give similar examples from states in the same region. Abi, are they not in the same region and 'siblings'? Abi, what happened to the rest they're not so 'developed'?

Was any part of SE ever made an FCT? It's just like tomorrow, North will start boasting about Abuja and not mention Nasarawa or other surrounding states.

So since no part of SE has enjoyed FG privileges like Lagos (Lagos actually belongs to all Nigerians), next time when comparing, compare Ogun with Anambra, Osun with Abia, Oyo with Enugu, Ondo with Imo, Ekiti I with Ebonyi. Leave Lagos out please. That's more balanced. Lagos was everybody's project and belongs to everybody.

THANK YOU cool

Lagos will always get more share of Federal Allocation (aka FAIR share) than your poto-poto states for many reasons, an important one of which is the fact that you poto-poto refugees are dead scared of leaving lagos and returning home to develop home

Your investment in a state or city doesn't make it your ancestral home or state of origin.

It only mean what it means i.e. that there is economic opportunity in my state which is largely lacking in yours.

If I invest in a potopoto state e.g. Anambra state [this is just an example, I understand that there is nothing good about any poto-poto state for anyone to want to invest there (even the indigenes are looking to my state as choice destination for good life)], that doesn't make me an indigene of Anambra state.

You really need to wake up to reality and think about your "home" (I mean potopoto republic).

The earlier you poto-poto refugees keep your state and local authorities on their toes, the better for you.

Also, don't forget to always be grateful to your Yoruba hosts that have been kind enough to give you all the refugee status that you desperately crave.

If you chose to continue to be u ungrateful, then what happened during Fashola's tenure may have to unavoidably repeat itself; and there won't be mercy this time around.

Are you angry?

What do you mean by our Army?

I'm talking about historical realities that happened not too long ago.

It took the intervention of your Igwes, Ezes etc. pleading with our authorities that "HOME" is nothing to write HOME about, and that we should extend the refugee status of their poto-poto people.

Well may be the strategy from our authourities this time will be differrent and I notice that it is (e.g. killer tax burden for the refugees grin grin).

But don't be too relaxed that we won't revisit the evacuation approach.

But I'm actually puzzled. You seem to be dead scared of going back home (or seeing your people go back home). Lagosians aren't this scared of living in their lagos.

Aren't you proud of ur state or origin?

Don't you want Biafra or Death? If you really do, then lead by example by moving out of my Lagos grin grin

Did you mean "Ilorin State"? Cos I remember you once alluded to "Ibadan State" cheesy

Is there anything left inside that your coconut head? cheesy grin I am talking about Lagos State in contrast to your poto-poto states, you are here talking about some imaginary "Ilorin State" and "Ibadan State". Where did you get those from? Be careful oo omo Ibo grin

Army? I guess Biafra Secret Service just returned from a one week internship with the Israeli Military, that's probably where you're getting this chest beating morale from. grin grin

Please be guided that the Python and the DJ are still around, you seem to forget too soon.

Lastly, please be proud to identify with your state and not mine. Aren't you ashamed that you're dying to attach your self to me and I don't even give a bleep about your state.

Do a survey yourself. Ask 5 random Lagosians (living in Lagos) who the governor of Enugu State is, you will be shocked to receive 0 positive answers. We just don't care and you know it.

Repeat the same experiment in any poto-poto state of your choice. Ask 5 random omo Ibo who the governor of my Lagos is, I bet you will get a chorus accurate answer from a crowd.

What does that tell you?

Go home and develop your own. Go and keep your leaders on their toes.

Mine is mine.

A word is enough for the wise ... Peace out grin
