1. That date is not sacrosanct as far as anything related to the Nigerian military is concerned, they can change parade at any given time. They might release the list before 7th or maybe even in a week or more time, one can't really tell. The key thing is to be prepared at all times just like the biblical virgins in case one is shortlisted there may not be enough time to sign all those documents(that is for those waiting for the list to come-out first)
2. They weren't specific this time around but from the experience of the last 2 exercises, they were explicit i.e the LG will give you a letter of attestation good character(letter headed). So I suppose that is who(LG chairman) they are referring to.
PS: I got things quite mixed up when I initially said it was clearly stated, I still have all the documents and printouts from previous exercises where they were clearly stated hence the mixup

When u put in your login details, click enter and wait a little bit. if it shows wrong ID refresh d page and try again later. just be patient it will go through. I experienced same prob

For those finding it difficult to login and are experiencing incorrect NAF Reg number and login details issue; keep clicking the 'proceed' button non stop until you login to access your forms. It's a website error, just keep hitting the proceed button and it will definitely open, try all the browsers you have, when it says 'incorrect login details' don't stop, keep hitting the proceed button until it opens, it may take time still, don't hang up. It happened to me and I'm writing from personal experience, I have my forms now.

mine wasn't blank although the font colour 'black' of the letters look faded on screen and so inconspicuous on black and white printout. Though I worked on the forms afterwards, and it was ok. Alternatively printing it with coloured printer made the letters visible. Initially, I experienced that empty stuff on my acknowledgement card form but with constant refreshing, the informations were restored.
