if you check through my previous thread you can see i once asked if one can defend himself in court, i got helpful response. Now my question is, can someone that is not a lawyer stand in(as a lawyer) for someone in court in Nigeria and not the western countries? thanks in advance |

clive2u:No You can defend yourself. But not another. See S. 33(6)3 199 constitution. It's even an offence. See S. 22 LPA. |
