Actor Nosa Rex recounts his experience with RMD when he was a commissioner in Delta State.

According to the actor, him and a colleague sought financial help from RMD for a dead actor's family but he refused to help.

Nosa Rex questioned why he decided to help Victor Olaitan through Femi Otedola this time around.

You can't the help the whole world, you only help when you can, and most importantly, when you want to.
Was Nosa Rex inside RMD's pocket in 2014 to know that he could afford to help Clems (God rest his soul)? Celebs always go through broke times, forget the flash and pump.
How close was he to Clems? Did he feel obliged to help Clems? Saying stuff like that makes it seem as if RMD was the cause of the guy's death. He can't help everyone. Victor is close to his heart, so that's why he stepped in.

Nosa should look for a good movie casting and stop trying to get popular off RMD.
