Nairobi has ONLY one CBD. See snapshot below.

Whereas, Lagos state has planned CBD areas apart from Lagos island in main Lagos. These are Ikeja, Lekki and now Eko Atlantic.

However, CBD has shifted to many areas in Lagos. Victoria Island and Ikoyi are currently the two new CBD in Lagos.

Maybe that is the same case with Nairobi. See snapshot 2.
