Your hormones are within normal rage except estrogen which is below normal rage. Your progesterone is very low which means you did not ovulate that circle. Are you on pregnacare conception? This is called Anovulatory cycle (meaning you didn't ovulate this cycle). your progesterone level is low at the luteal phase (the test was probably done on cycle day 21). The goodnews is, every women of reproductive age experiences anovulatory cycle at least once or twice a year unknowingly. It is completely normal.

However, you would need a repeat test on your next cycle, preferable CD3 and CD21 to rule out underlying issues (I doubt there are any because your tubes are patent), If progesterone and estradiol still remain low at the luteal phase, then speak with your doctor for hormonal stimulation of the ovaries with the use of medication. You might be needing either Clomid or Letrozole, + or - iui.

DH has refused to rerun a test to know if there's any improvement on his own side as he was diagnosed of low sperm count, and low motility as at June this year. He has even refused to take any medication again. I'm just tired of everything. Tired of answering questions from my people and his people. For your hubby, pls check jumia or konga for this medication 'fertilsan M by amitamin'. It ranked no 1 effective medication in the treatment of low sperm count, poor motility and morphology. It has veen researched to increase sperm count by 150%. On the top ten list, it ranked no 1 for two consecutive years, while wellman conception made number 10 with 40%/effectiveness.

Also get him pycnogenol and you both should commence spirulina. These two medications are herbal preparation widely used in Chinese medicine for fertility. You can get them either on jumia or konga.

During my supposed ovulation period me and my husband baby danced very well despite our tight schedule.
Five days to my period I started feeling cramps normally I feel cramps two days to my period. I was sad thinking my period was coming.
The day my period was to show it didn't. I was still having cramps. Two days passed no period. Day 3 I took a home pregnancy test it was NEGATIVE. I was sad.
Day 4 no period, so I decided to go to the hospital and I did a blood test and it was POSITIVE.
