Seun Anikulapo Kuti has criticized Bishop David Oyedepo following his statement that he is "dangerously wealthy". Seun Kuti said Bishop Oyedepo doesn't understand satire and added, "You can be 'dangerously rich' doesn't mean you can buy enough knowledge to understand satire." He went on to point out that Oyedepo is dangerously rich because he doesn't pay tax, yet the government is busy going after hardworking citizens for tax. I can understand Oyedepo missing a sattire but what is the meaning when supposedly learned celebrities can't read few paragraphs of a sermon and get the true meaning of a phrase or short sentence?
