you are very on point but will they even reason with you if u call?? all they have is just some customer care to shoo off complaints. the more reason I dumped their asz anyway. I was subing close to 5k monthly but when bonus arrive especially that 4gig for 500 I was not qualified and that's what made me dump them for good

Exactly!. MTN might tell you that they want to generate revenue from dormant subscribers. Their revenue base had reduced before all this strategies. A good example is the introduction of 4g for N1,000 to inactive lines between 30- 90 days

True. It is for people who do owe mtn. They give me free data every month on a sim am owing and last recharge 7 months ago.

I think its time I drop this stupid etisalat abi na 9mobile them they call am.

Since I've been using them for over many years they haven't for once offered any bonus.
