YES But most skuz do consider 1st choice Only.
U can find out those skuz dat accept 2nd choice aspirant But it's very scarce, maybe northern side sha.
The best choice is to stick with the 1st choice, pray for God's mercy and Favour & everything will work out well in ur Favour.

Guys acceptance fee portal was updated few minutes ago,but it has been removed but admission has been given on ui's portal

approved UTME subjects for UI Math ed. English Language, Mathematics, and any other two science subjects
UI will accept 2010 WAEC/NECO result.
