I just finished talking with Omotolsy and he explained that the item was actually seized and they don't even know when it will be released. The best advise I can give is for you to collect the refund offered by Omotolsy or if you can exercise more patience

You can still get the phone from another source like I said, so your accessories will remain useful. It’s just a piece of advise though

At OP, I understand your situation but you went a bit far labeling people what that are not, especially considering you were offered a refund at some point. The communication might not be forthright, but the name-calling is unnecessary as its merely a dispute and not a case of theft.

About the multiple changes with the information passed on to you regarding the status of your item, the fault may not necessarily be from Omotosyl or his brother as what he tells you at each time might be what the shipper fed him. And being not privy to first hand information, it is what the shipper tells him he'd tell you.

In a nutshell, I urge both parties to work this out.

A thief takes what belongs to you with no refund option

You set out to tarnish omotolas name truth be told which is vindictive of you and says alot about you

You win some and you lose some when it comes to these purchases its never a win win

Wisdom is when you could have taken back your money or better still find another deal if you can't wait it's that simple

If you can't wait Kindly take your cash back instead of taking swipes at omotola,no amount of swipes will fix the whole process of shipping especially this December mikkyangel himself stopped transacting until January
