Visa to Vietnam:

Almost all visitors to Vietnam need a visa to enter the country, although some qualified exemptions apply for citizens of those countries with bilateral reciprocal agreements with Vietnam. Depending upon the nationality and passport of the applicant. Tourist visa can be obtained at the Vietnamese diplomatic offices or consulates in foreign countries. You can also get the visa with the help of a licensed Vietnamese Travel Company, so-called "Visa On Arrival". Visas may be either single-entry or multiple-entry as requested at time of application.

Vietnam Visa on arrival:

The easiest way is to get your visa through a licensed Vietnamese Travel Company. We can quickly and efficiently organize your pre-arranged visa on-arrival if you wish. Visa processing fee is reasonable at $US10/person only. Except for American citizens who are required to pay a stamping fee of $135 to get a 1-year, multiple-entry tourist visa, other nationality just need to pay $US25/person for single entry and $US50/ per person for multiple entry.

To apply Vietnam visa on arrival (VOA) please email us the following information:
› Arrival and departure dates
› Full passport details (passport number/name/gender/nationality/issued and expiry date)

Note: your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond your travel date. There must be several blank pages left on your passport.

Once receiving the information from you we will secure a Visa Approval Letter for you. It usually takes about 2-4 working days (Except Saturday and Sunday) for a normal procession. We will then send you the letter via email or fax to you. You must present this letter when upon boarding your flight. Also, you need to prepare two passport photos (size 4x6).
On arrival at the Airport (Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City) please find the Visa on Arrival window/counter where you’ll hand over your passport and photos and be given a simple form to fill out. Pay the stamping fees of $US25 for the single entry and $US50 for multiple entry. Then it is done and you will pick up your passport with your new visa inside.
