he made it clear that he wasn't aware of how Omotolsy has handled communication with me, he said I should have reached out to him which I failed to do because I respected their chain of communication.

And about the shipment, he assured me of getting my phone next week or get a refund if I can't wait and I OPTED TO WAIT!.

I've paid my dues by being patient and waiting this long and finally came out not mainly because my item was delayed but because of how I was being treated with lack of appropriate information and negletion which was a red flag to me.

This is not my first delay with shipment and I knew how it is usually handled with appropriate updates and information from the other picker I've used.

I could have easily gotten back my money few weeks ago opt for another phone, but I went ahead to buy accessories after he told me he has shipped, now what happens to the stuffs I've bought? Or won't he gain more after he resells the phone?
