Keep sending these mails. Go to the agent that did the sim swap, tell the agent to send them a complaint on your behalf. With your phone number and the new sim serial number.

Do a new sim swap if that may help.

I did three sim swaps before mine worked...

If that doesn't work, turn it on, connect it to a PC with a USB cord, wait to it connects via LAN (you'll see an icon on the PC), go to 192.168.8.1 on your broswer.
Login there with username as admin (in all small letters) and password as admin (small letters also)
From the Web UI you can change the password or factory reset.

i've tried the reset button 4 days now, its also not connecting to my pc, "last usb devoce you plugged in malfunctioned.........." i guess i dont have the drivers installed still i culdnt get whivh drivers to dowanload. I jst kuku need help. Thanks 4 your time still Rookidmart

Your sim has to be a 4G Glo sim, your modem/mifi must also support LTE band 28, and there must be Glo 4G coverage in your location. Lastly, make sure your modem/mifi network mode is not set to '3G Only' mode
