Secondus is mocking the millions of Igbos killed in the civil war. Typical Rivers man who knows what his people did to Igbos in the war.

We must blame PMB for this. Secondus cannot claim this in the UK, USA, France or Germany without causing seismic offence that will cost him his job instantly. Imagine saying more Jews have died in Germany today than under Hitler,'s holocaust?
