I have a friend's mother who tried to become beneficiary, she ended up refusing to do it because they asked for her PVCs. Not only were they asking for PVCs, she saw they were taking pictures of each beneficiary as well as writing down informations from each person's PVC. She stated that they said the request for PVCs was to verify who she was but when she requested to use an alternative as verification, they refused. They insisted it must be PVC. At the end she refused especially after she felt harassed and pressured to show her PVC so they can take a picture of it. It clear APC is desperate to stay in power. The boldness of their rigging plan leaves a very distaste. If that are this bold, I fear their plans when it's close to the election day.

Tradermoni isn't vote buying and I agree. Even the world bank has given a support of $500m to the scheme as its in line with world standards in terms of catering to the needs of small scale traders.

In 2015 GEJ give money to the Rich while d poor are crying ,dis useless ipob did not call it vote buying, now that BUHARI is giving d poor LOAN the enemies of the country who are even poorer than d poor are calling it vote buying. GOD BLESS BUHARI

Directly, it's not vote buying, but indirectly, it's an incentive to persuade people to vote Buhari.

This Buhari administration has reduced most Nigerians into abject poverty such that any form of help that comes will bend their will and it's really pathetic to realize that it's a man that claims to be a pastor that is being used as a tool to cajole citizens of Nigeria while they remain inconsequential.
