Buhari is adamant on rigging the 2019 election to illegitimately rule Nigeria. Nigerians must insist that all safeguards to ensure a smooth free and fair elections are enforced. Buhari simply wants to leave the loop-holes he has already concluded on using to rig the elections. That is why the so called integrity of Buhari is a HUGE SCAM!
