Okay, i don't know what the endgame is here but, yea. Konami has released a lite version of PES 19 which includes most things featured in the full version. According to the Konami site it reads...

We are excited to announce that the free-to-play* edition of PES 2019 is now available via download for PlayStation®4, Xbox One™ and PC STEAM, enabling users to play a range of online and offline game modes from the full version of the football simulation series.

PES 2019 LITE offers unrestricted access to myClub mode, that allows players to sign current footballing superstars and legends such as David Beckham, Diego Maradona and Gabriel Batistuta, as well as FC Barcelona's Ronaldinho, Inter's Recoba, Cambiasso, Djorkaeff and Adriano, with more to be added following launch.

This year's LITE edition also includes EDIT mode in which you can customize teams, players, uniforms, stadiums and strips to add your own unique flavor to the world of football or easily import edit data made from other players.

since i don't have the luxury of playing it on PS4 at least I can play on my android device anywhere and anytime.

I'm sorry if I came off like that... I didn't mean it that way. Yea, there are very nice games on mobile devices. One could even play hand-held games with pspp emulators. I saw PES19 on play store and its free but, i don't know how the graphics and feel is

Some players don't have heads, blue football pitch, lot of bugs. Mine plays well but the gameplay is trash and the com AI is so over-powered, they just pass shoot bang a goal.PES 2018 mobile was way better.
