mercyville: Don’t blame him, he doesn’t believe there is a place which can make sense than the whole of Igbo land in aerodome. Most of them are just ignorant. That aerodome was to be second airport in Ibadan but since they didn’t build the airport, they turned it to Gra. |

Resener11: I am sorry. The pad I brought along is not very powerful picturewise. Geez,I was at Aerodrome and I just coukd not believe my eyes. That place is almost beating Lekki in exotic houses. And the houses were so many and big..I am looking at where I can compare it with in Lagos and most are like 3 storey buildings with the most modern exotic designs .Ibadan has not been done justice to by showing those old areas where I also went to yesterday.People are not even living in some and some have broken down in half with nobody attending to them. The government can give directives to make Ibadan the most developed city in Nigeria. Now that I am here, even with those old parts,I can confidently say that Ibadan is twice more developed than all the Igbo South eastern states.I am not joking, pls. I was at Ventura malls and I took random pix.Everything here is Yoruba. You hardly see our Igbo friends here except some at the market. I am from Lagos but to be frank, where do the Ibadan people get this kind of money from? I could not go into Aerodrome because of the tough security there but I took a couple of pix outside. I do not want you to read in the newspaper tomorrow that a boy was caught trying to kidnap... I am sorry about the pix.I am going to get another pad,ASAP.

mercyville: Lekki Na just hype now based on the fact that’s where rich people in Lagos stay and because of the population. Houses in aerodome are almost if not better than those in Lekki. After Lagos abuja, the next developed city is Ibadan |

Anambralstson: Bros you wanna hear the truth. Ibadan has 7 malls and Enugu has 3 as you said. So which one is more. So you want me to list out the number of supermarkets in Ibadan? It’s Igbo guys who made Ibadan guys snapping pictures of new, exortic buidlings because we aren’t use to going from house to house just to snap pic. Ibadan has more than 20 supermarkets which all Igbo states doesn’t come close. So i don’t know your point |

Anambralstson: You’ll always beat chest that Igbo land has more buildings which is fallacy. I’ll list the number of gras in Ibadan Akobo gra Kolapo ishola estate Agodi gra Alalubosa gra Jericho Aerodome Olubadan estate Iyaganku gra Old bodija New bodija Oluyole estate Oluyole extension elebu UI estate These are the ones i could remember and remember that each estate is very big because of Ibadan landmass. Oluyole estate is like a city on its own, very big. Does Igbo states come close to this? Unless you wanna lie to your self The answer is no. Ibadan has 7 malls, more estates, up to 30 supermarkets, best university, best hospital, uch. IITA in Ibadan is as big as some town in Nigeria. So tell me how any Igbo states comes close |

Resener11:No matter how you guys try to change the narratives southwestern states are below southeast, listing 1000 malls doesn't change the fact you are below, why Anambra has less mall compare to Enugu or Owerri is because the control largest market in West Africa, most of the malls get their products from Onitsha importers, shoppers in In Anambra prefer to shop in Onitsha were they will get the goods cheaper, from this list below from NBS, you can see Oyo state is below Anambra and Enugu, this is only means to check transactions in a states in Nigeria NATIONAL BUREAU OF STATISTICS 2010-2015 BANK CREDIT AND DEPOSIT BY STATES IN NIGERIA Bank credit/deposit in each state may be used as an indicator of the level of activity and well being of operators (households and businesses) in a particular state as it shows what residents are borrowing and the amount deposit in banks From the report bank deposit by states in Southeast from 2010-2015 Bank deposit in Anambra state #1'844'434.75 Bank Credit # 258'716.37 Balance #1'585'718.38 Bank deposit in Enugu #1'651'741.09 Bank credit #370'012.75 Balance #1'281'728.59 Bank deposit in Imo # 936'606.57 bank credit #218'853.32 balance #717'753.35 Bank deposit in Abia from #1'031'355.42 bank credit #391'675.25 balance 639'580.17 Bank deposit in Ebonyi #330'841.52 bank credit #93'627.5 balance 237'214.02 Southeast total balance from 2010-2015 #4'461'997.51 From the report bank deposit by states in Southwest from 2010-2015 excluding nation commercial center Bank deposit in Oyo #1'617'678.48 bank credit #598'298.6 balance #1'019'379.88 Bank deposit in Ogun #1'204'873.59 bank credit # 558'073.3 balance # 649'800.29 Bank deposit in Ondo #821'901.84 credit #306'621.05 balance #515'280.79 Bank deposit in Osun #648'726.72 credit #417'073.72 Balance #231'653.05 Bank deposit in Ekiti #301'136.23 credit #123,254.46 balance #177,881.77 South west total balance from 2010-2015 #2'593'995.78

Re: Aftermath Of Atiku & Peter Obi's Campaign In Ibadan by mercyville: 1:21pm On Dec 16, 2018 |
Anambralstson: I have told you those are not malls. We have a lot of them in Lagos that some ignorant builders will write mall on.Okay, how many stores are in these fake mall if yours.Even your governor/ governmets know you have only 4 malls in the whole of SW.They even celebrated when they were built.Ibadan has more than 5 but those 5 are what they call mega malls.

Re: Aftermath Of Atiku & Peter Obi's Campaign In Ibadan by mercyville: 1:26pm On Dec 16, 2018 |
Anambralstson: Okay,we agree.Do you see why we have more IGR than you now? I bet only Ibadan can gave 10 malls and all will be lucrative. Ogun state only has 3 mega malls and it's IGR us more than that of all your 5 states.
