Hey guys. I had 5A's and 4 B's in WAEC. I'll be 18 in April, 2019. Sad thing is I sorta finished school early so my WAEC is dated 2016. Do I still stand a chance? I'm really interested in this scholarship.

Why not? You can change the country. The application is subjected to editing before the deadline though, I chose Hungary also, but the process isn't difficult for Msc. The only issue I am having is the medical records once you have read all the rules and regulations you don't issue.

Same here, however, there's option of uploading a declaration in lieu of certain unavailable documents. What I don't know is if there is a specific format.

From what I read on their site, you will need to write/type and signed a declaration about the document(s) that is missing and upload it on the document section of the portal.
